About this new build

From our roots in Pāpāmoa, we have steadily expanded across the motu and now complete over 150 new homes every year. We’ve put down roots and helped to build better homes and communities in each of our locations. Since the beginning, it’s always been about people and relationships rather than bricks and mortar. A beautiful home is a product of the connections we make between the client, the team and the land. For us, Whānau is everything.
