Low Equity Margins are increasing

Sad to advise that Westpac are increasing their Low Equity Margins on loans with less than 20% deposit as follows;

LVR 80.01% to 85.00%: 0.75% LEM
LVR 85.01% to 90.00%: 1.15% LEM
LVR 90.01% to 95.00% : 1.50% LEM
LVR 95.01%+: 1.75% LEM
